Help Needed in Map Making

Hello!I'm Rhodes, and I'm making a map, however I have little to no knowledge of C# for scripting. Here are the things I want to do:-

In my map I want to :
1. Make the people on the right spawn in team 1, and the ones on the left spawn in team 2.
2. I want to give all the players custom skins.
3. I want to make it that only one player from team 1 and one from team 2 can enter the ring, and another player can only enter if their teammate is dead/ disconnected.
3. The teams can not be altered by /setteam.
If you do not have an exact answer to any, an alternative suggestion would be helpful.

Actually, I want to give each of the players their own custom skin. As in, each SpawnPlayer has a different skin attached to it.
If you could do that without modifying the rest of the code, it would be a great help. Also, could you paste the script as text here and not on a template? I'm kinda lazy...

Yeah, not very hard to tell. Consider putting more time in background design, paying more attention to details trying to make the map look more aesthetically pleasing and nice on the eyes. You'll always have your ugly square Dirt02 arenas with pitch-black backgrounds compared to masterpieces such as this one or this one, so try your hardest to excel at one aspect of map-making whether it's layout design, scripting or BG-making. One almost always comes with another, but your map seems to have neither. Keep working.

I plan on making the script first and then making the REAL part of the map. So that I'm done with the difficult stuff. And I'm new to this, by the way, so I don't know a lot. Anyway, the layout for my map has changed.
