Steam Remote Play Keyboard Issue

I have been playing sfd for a while now, and recently introduced my friend to it through the steam remote play feature. The only problem is that we are unable to both use a keyboard setup which pretty much puts him at a disadvantage. I was wondering if there was any way to enable us both to use keyboards instead of one keyboard and one controller. Thanks.

SFD uses XNA which registers input from all keyboards as one as far as I know. SFD only supports one keyboard.
